in 2007, I founded Clean Power Finance (now known as Spruce Power). The Company is at the forefront of the residential solar industry, providing cutting-edge white-label solar finance solutions to solar installers across the country. I was proud to have the support and backing of some of the most reputable names in the industry, including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Claremont Creek Ventures, and several large utilities, including Duke Power, Southern California Edison and Florida Power & Light. The Company raised nearly $1 billion in equity, tax equity and debt.

The Company’s innovative software and financing solutions are designed to help solar installers be more efficient, which has led to tens of thousands of successful rooftop solar installations. The Company understands the importance of supporting local communities, and its efforts have helped to create jobs and support hundreds of local employees as well as a huge network of solar installers, many of whom come from disadvantaged communities.

I believe that everyone should have access to clean, renewable energy, and our mission is to make solar power more affordable and accessible than ever before. The Company works with trusted partners and utilize the latest technology to make it possible for homeowners and businesses to reduce their carbon footprint, save money on their energy bills, and contribute to a sustainable future.

If you’re a solar installer looking to increase efficiency and grow your business, or a homeowner looking to switch to clean energy, look no further than Spruce Power. The Company is committed to helping you achieve your goals and making a positive impact on the planet. Join us in the fight against climate change and make the switch to clean, renewable energy today.
